Applying to the Institute
To apply to the Aesthetics Institute please follow these
instructions:
$150 non-refundable application fee
2-1'x1' portrait photographs
4. Send items in #3 to:

If you have difficultly downloading the application or would like
more information, please call us at (503) 238-1793.
You can pick up an application from the Institute at any time
as well.
We encourage all prospective students to take a tour of the
facility prior to applying. Please call in advance so we can
make sure to have an instructor available to provide the tour.
